Jacob Pasby

Jacob Pasby CPA joined Mack Energy Co. in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Mack, Jacob was the CFO of Arnold Oil Properties LLC, a family-owned, independent oil & gas company. He started his accounting career at Grant Thornton LLP in the tax department where he focused primarily on partnership oil & gas taxation and obtained his CPA license in 2011.

Jacob graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2010 with M.S. and B.S. Degrees in Accounting. He serves as a Director at Large for the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s, is an OSCPA Educational Foundation Board Trustee and is an OSCPA OKC Chapter Past-President. Over the years Jacob has served in various capacities with the United Way of Central Oklahoma and Junior Achievement. Jacob and his wife, Danielle, live in Oklahoma City, OK with their three children; he enjoys running marathons, playing golf and spending time at the lake.
